Abigail's friendly and enthusiastic personality is not only infectious but also invaluable when buying or selling real estate. She is tirelessly helpful but also very honest when required. As someone who moved to Mason City from out of town without much knowledge of the area, we truly appreciated the time and patience afforded to us by Abigail. Abigail Lee of Lee Realty helped my husband and I find the perfect home for us in what was a tight real estate market when we relocated to Mason City several years ago. With Abigail’s extensive knowledge of Mason City’s real estate market and of Mason City itself we settled into our new community feeling at ease with our relocation. Along the way we became lifelong friends with Abigail and her family, which made it so incredibly hard for us when we had to pick up and relocate again. We then used Abigail to list our home and we couldn’t have been more pleased at the ease of being on the sellers side. Our home sold extremely quickly thanks to Abigail’s marketing prowess, which helped us to make our next move a bit easier financially although not emotionally as we miss Mason City and the friends we made while there.

Abigail is amazing to work with. When anyone asks for recommendations for a realtor, Abigail is always my first response. She went above and beyond when we sold our house in Mason. We pushed her outside of her area buying our new home. Abigail scoured for listings within our budget, worked with our schedules to set up showings, and fell in love with our new home. Abigail is my “go to” realtor!
